There are tens of thousands of dogs wandering the streets of Puerto Rico who are abandoned, abused and neglected.  Most of these dogs will either die of starvation, illness, or cruel death at the hands of sadistic human beings.  Puerto Rican and US government officials do little ornothing to help the homeless dogs on the island.  Join together with the staff and volunteers of Achates Legacy Rescue Foundation as we work to build an animal friendly community in Puerto Rico.
